- The steel plate frame is fully welded, heat-treated after welding to remove residual stress, and optimized with ANSYS finite element analysis for high rigidity and resistance to deformation under long-term heavy loads. The ram, worktable and side frames form an integrated structure for stable operation.
- Standard equipment includes a Bosch Rexroth hydraulic valve assembly and imported oil pump. The streamlined hydraulic circuit reduces failure points, while the cylinders connect directly to the ram for a short transmission path and direct bending force.
- A large-diameter, thickened torsion bar resists torsional deformation and keeps the ram parallel during batch bending. The machine is suitable for conventional carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum sheet work.
